Division 01

Business Solutions Professionals Ltd

Chartered Certified Accountants

The founding company of the group, incorporated in 2007. It handles day-to-day accounting for artisans, SMEs, corporates, expatriates and individuals: monthly bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, management accounts and year-end financial statements.

Division 02

BSP School of Accountancy & Management Ltd

Professional training across two campuses

The training arm of the group. It prepares students and working professionals for the ACCA qualification, delivers CPD sessions for licensed accountants, runs the ADIT programme for international tax, and offers a practical accounts clerk course for people entering the profession.

BSP Associates

Licensed & Registered Auditors

A separately licensed audit firm, as the law requires. It performs statutory audits, internal audit assignments and fraud investigations for companies, NGOs and co-operative societies, and issues the reports lenders and regulators ask for.

Silver Lake Co-operative Credit Union

Savings and credit for members

A registered co-operative credit union that lets members save together and access credit on member terms rather than commercial terms. Governance, accounts and reporting are handled to the same standard as the rest of the group.
